Russian Lapis Lazuli lapidary rough 19.6 oz

This is an 1 pound 3.6 ounce piece of Russian Lapis Lazuli rough measuring ~4.5” x 2.5” x 1.5”. Nice blue Lapis with some quartz. This Lapis came out of Russia in the early 1970's.
