Things to Know When Placing an Order
GUARANTEE: All purchases are subject to prior sale and sent satisfaction guaranteed. All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling costs.
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. Payment can also be made by Cashier’s Check or Money Order. Purchases will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
PRICES: All prices are in US Dollars ($).
SHIPPING: Where possible, all shipments are via US Priority Mail flat rate packages. We will combine purchases to save you money on shipping when it is safe to do so and items are ordered at the same time (i.e., in the same shopping cart).
CONFIRMATION: Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation and total with shipping. Connecticut residents will be charged a 6.35% sales tax.
RETURNS: All unused items purchase are returnable within 30 days of the original delivery. RadiantRocksCT will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or an item was shipped in error. If an item is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. The customer will be credited in the same manner as the original payment within 7 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
