This is a 14 pound 2 ounce rough piece of Russian picture rock Scarn or Skarn measuring ~9” x 6” x 4”. This came out of Russia in the 1970's.  Another metasomatic rock from Russia, a banded material that depending on the piece looks like green or blue green bands. The green bands are Datolite.
